I can’t believe it’s already more than halfway through February. This year is flying. Today I thought I would set out my fitness goals for the year.
I decided this week would be as good as any to set some goals. Today let me share my objectives for this blog.
Raise your hand if nothing sounds better than a nice cup of coffee (or tea!) and a book. I love curling up with a good book and getting lost in its world. Completely detaching from life and just immersing myself in something else for a while.
