Ugh, Valentine’s Day. One of the more painful days of the year if you are single. But it doesn’t have to be. After all, it is just another day.
Here are some ideas for what to do on Valentine’s Day if you are feeling sad:
❤ Spend time with those you love, whether they are friends, family, or pets. It doesn’t matter. After all, Valentine’s Day is about love.
❤ Do something that makes you laugh. That might mean watching The Office or looking at cute cat videos on YouTube. For me, I usually end up looking at old Vines on YouTube whenever I need a good laugh. This is one of my favorites.
❤ Treat yourself! Now, I’m not just talking about stuffing your face with ice cream (although that’s up to you, no judgment here). What I mean is do something that feels good, like practicing yoga, taking a nice quiet walk, or getting a massage.
Or say ‘good riddance’ and celebrate being single on Valentine’s Day!
